I have monthly maintenance adjustments with Daniel and have been visiting the practice for many years. I’m so grateful to have found a method that truly helps my back pain. Sometimes I think, “I’m feeling good, I can skip an adjustment.” Unfortunately, I quickly notice the difference when I do. I’m now 65 and have come to accept that this is simply part of a healthy lifestyle, alongside eating well, training intensely twice a week, and visiting the practice regularly.
